I’m Krista Hemming.
I’m a mom in mid-life, owner of BodyGoals Fitness, and a proud Frederick County resident.
Like many women, I’ve felt lost when searching for trusted, well-researched wellness providers. Waitlists are long. Care is often prescriptive and generalized. I want more…for myself, my clients, and now for my daughters. I believe we deserve better; I believe we can DO better.
That’s where the dream of the Women’s Wellness Expo started. It’s a day to connect Frederick women with an incredible network of local ethical, credible and trusted providers. A day to share knowledge, and support one another, all while raising funds for a local organization that uplifts women in need.
This event is just the beginning. Together, we’re building a Women’s Wellness Network that strengthens our community from the inside out. I’d love for you to be part of it.
