EXHIBIT SPACE
This event is held outdoors on the lawn at 605 East Church Street.
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring canopies to place over their displays. All pop-up tents/canopies must be secured with weights, bungie cords, etc.
Setup begins at 8:00am on the day of the event; all exhibits must be ready by 9:50am
Early breakdown before 2:00pm is not permitted
We do not provide electricity for booths.
Your booth must be manned for the entire event: 10 AM – 2 PM.
MATERIALS & GIVEAWAYS
Exhibitors are asked to provide a free activity as part of their display in addition to sharing information about their organization. Activity examples include demonstrations, prize wheels, coloring pages, and photo booths.
Printed educational materials are strongly encouraged
Product samples are permitted and must be clearly labeled with ingredients/contents
Raffles and giveaways are permitted; drawings should not require attendees to opt into marketing without clear disclosure
No pyramid scheme or MLM recruitment materials permitted
GIVING BACK, TOGETHER
Net proceeds from the Women's Wellness Expo, including vendor fees and donations, will be donated in full to Faith House of Frederick Rescue Mission.
