BodyGoals Fitness is designed
with real women in mind.

We believe strength training should be accessible, empowering, and designed for real women. Too often the fitness industry focuses on fixing bodies instead of building them up. We are here to change that.

Our programs are intentionally structured to build momentum and deliver clear, achievable progress. BodyGoals Fitness helps women move from feeling intimidated or unsure to feeling strong, knowledgeable, and capable of reaching their goals.

Rooted in sustainable habit building and a supportive environment, our approach creates lasting physical change and the confidence to walk into any gym knowing you belong, plus the skills to care for your body for life.

The BodyGoals Fitness Program offers multiple workouts across each week to shape and sculpt your physique according to your specific goals. Expert trainers guide our in-person classes while virtual, self-led training allows you to work the program on your own schedule.

Through the BodyGoals app, you’ll follow the same thoughtfully designed strength program with step-by-step instructions, demonstration videos, and guidance that makes every workout clear and approachable. Wherever you’re training, you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

Small Group Training Membership

Our small group program at Unrivaled Iron Gym brings women together in a welcoming, supportive environment where strength training feels approachable and achievable. Designed for women who want hands-on guidance, each session blends the energy of group training with the attention and coaching of personal training.
