Our Mission
The Women’s Wellness Network & Expo connects Frederick women with the full spectrum of health and wellness by showcasing vetted local providers in holistic, preventive, and transitional care. We do the legwork so women can more easily find trusted care that supports every stage of womanhood.
Our annual Expo brings providers and vendors together for in-person engagement focused on whole-woman wellness, from clinical care to self-care. As the Network grows, we aim to expand access, raise community awareness, and build a practical annual directory that makes finding providers simple.
This year’s theme, Learn Better; Live Better, helps women cut through misinformation and access experts who give clear, actionable strategies to improve quality of life now and long-term. We appreciate vendors and providers like you who join us in supporting the Women’s Wellness initiative.
